Starkry was a prince. A general in the army of his mother the queen of Magmell. Then from nowhere monsters attacked the capital, destroying it in a night and kidnapping Starkry's beloved younger brother. That night Starkry faced a powerful sorceror who turned him into a beast. Now the monsters roam the kingdom and Starkry survives on scraps in a pit. Even still a fire burns in him and he will not die before he rescues his brother.
